Jenna Mae Miller was arrested today (12/23/21) in connection with the death investigation of Elijah Thomas Ross, 9 years of age from Fort Wayne, that occurred on 12/18/21 on 800 Putnam St. Jenna Miller is the biological mother of Elijah.

Preliminary Charges: Neglect of Dependent Causing Death (level 1 Felony)

Neglect of a Dependent Failure to render Medical Aid (level 1 Felony)

2 Counts Neglect of a Dependent (level 6 Felony)
